Hey everybody,
Well, I took Tyler back to the airport this morning and he is on the way home as we speak. Unfortunately, he flew out of LAX instead of SNA....so I've had better mornings. The traffic is ridiculous, like nothing you have ever experienced if you are stuck in NC. Aside from that, I made it back to HB fine, after detouring to see Beverly Hills (None of the Cops looked like Eddie Murphy though). I start work on Thursday morning, so we will see how that goes - I am definitely excited about it.

I just survived my first earthquake. Who would have thought that within 3 days of me getting to the west coast, I would experience an earthquake? I might have freaked out....if I hadn't been at a bar haha. I am alive and well, no damage, no injuries, everything is all gravy.

internet problems

well, im having some difficulties getting my internet to work out here, but while i have it for a bit, here are my "welcome to..." sign pictures, i dont have new mexico or arizona in these, but there are coming once i get my internet working well.

Alright here's a quick rundown before I actually write a good one:
day 1: Conway, NC to Memphis, TN
day 2: Memphis, TN to Santa Rosa, NM
day 3 plan: Santa Rosa to HB!


We stopped today at about 11....so tired, but feelin good.

Its Go Time

And it begins! I am just now getting ready to leave the beach after an amazing weekend of shenanigans with everybody at my going away party. I had way too much fun and decided that I HAVE to post some of the pics from the weekend. Let me know if you want me to take any of these pics down. At this point, I am setting out to leave on Wednesday morning at the crack of dawn. My goal is to be in Huntington Beach by Friday night or Saturday Morning. Not exactly sure of the places I will be hitting each day, but my rough plan is:
Day 1 - Conway, NC to Little Rock, AR
Day 2 - Little Rock, AR to Albuquerque, NM
Day 3 - Albuquerque, NM to Huntington Beach, CA!!!!

If I do not update while I am on the road (though i expect to do this), then I will post the pics when I get settled in.

Good News

Alright, so my finals are half-way over. I'm slowly but surely getting ready for the drive to Cali. regular updates on this thing should start in about 1.5 weeks. Im having a little get-together this coming weekend before I leave. The shinannigans of that weekend will be closely(blurrily) documented(hopefully) and I will post a nice album of all that goes on. Then I set out on May 13th, and I will take a ton of pics and basically publish my journey on here, and the good times begin. Stay tuned, it's gonna get A-W-E-S-O-M-E.....cuz its about me.
